Hello everyone,thank you for joining my page,yes its true! i am taking my pins out of retirement,slipping on my trainers and hitting the road at speed on the 21st of November at Deer Park Richmond. This 10k run is to help the lovely charity Aurora Foundation,as we all know small charities like Aurora depend on us to keep them afloat and with the squeeze on the economy they struggle even more,so please help and dig deep.
