I am part of a team taking on the epic challenge of rowing 100km along the Zambezi river in Africa to fundraise for Start360. We will be using traditional dugout canoes, camping and making our own food whilst avoiding crocs and hippos before taking on the most dramatic white water rapids in the world :-) This will help to increase the services available to the vulnerable young people we support, with a focus on creative therapies and activities.
