Getting Healthy in January is normally high on most peoples lists of priorities. So this year we have created a challenge to help you lay down some solid foundations for a healthy 2021.
To join the challenge you need to commit to these three actions for the month of January
1.3 x strength workouts per week- If you need guidance on strength workouts we have made up workouts for you to follow
2.Do 30 minutes of cardiovascular each day (walking,running, swimming, gardening/manual labour, cycling,gym cardio machines)
3.Be in bed for 11pm
There is an entry fee of £20 with all proceeds going to MS Society Scotland
