I'm a serial salad-dodger and couch potato. My bike hasn't seen daylight since 2011 so it's time to dust it off and get moving. The most I've cycled in one go, in the last 20 years is 16 miles at Rutland Water, so 52 miles is going to be a challenge...but I'm definitely going to finish!
