I will be doing a "Firewalk" challenge on the 27th of November. It's a walk on hot coals with a temperture of 800F, that's very hot hot hot! 

I am doing this for Keech Hospice Care who do an amazing job making a difference to those who have a life limiting illness. They also support the families through a difficult time.
