On the 19th June this year starting at 8am I will be taking part in the summer version of the Montane Spine Race. 

The Spine Race is an ultramarathon held over a distance of around 268 miles (431 km) starting in Edale, England, to Kirk Yetholm, Scotland, along the Pennine Way with a time limit of 156 hours.  Here's a video to set the scene https://fb.watch/cPMD1yKxoV/

I thought a charity should really benefit from my efforts and I can't think of one more deserving than Whoosh! 

Whoosh! is the Stephen Hawking School Trust established in September 2000. The Trust supports children from birth to age 11 in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets with severe, profound and/or multiple learning difficulties. They aim to support both the children and their families, by developing and extending the range of opportunities in education and childcare.
