Our hike across the stunning scenery of the Chilterns ridge-way is a perfect event to do with the family or in memory of a loved one.

Story

My late husband Bill, myself & our children benefitted in 2005, from the superb help of the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, now amalgamated into Rennie Grove Hospice Care. It is a charity providing care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness and their families. Every year through their 24/7 Hospice at Home service; Family Support services and range of Day Services at Grove House, they give thousands of patients the choice to stay at home, surrounded by their families and friends, to end their lives in dignity, peace & security, in familiar surroundings.  I am thrilled that this year, (my 4th time of walking although I have marshalled all the in between years)  my friend Mary Finn has been able to join me. Mary, also an Iain Rennie supporter, & I, met many years ago, when we worked together at the BBC. Our children are all of a similar age. We both thank you for any donations you can make.
