Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit ourJustGiving page :-)

We'll be Joining JDRF Wales as we take on Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa on 18th September 2021, the highest mountain in Wales, and in Britain south of the Scottish Highlands.

On the same day, JDRF Scotland will be taking a team up Ben Nevis and JDRF North will be taking a team up Scafell Pike – so on the same day we will be part of the JDRF National 3 Peaks challenge, raising awareness for Type1 Diabetes.

Our plan is to take on all three of the challenges over three years as Charlie isn't allowed to do Ben Nevis until he's 12 years old, so this will be perfect timing as he'll be 10 when we complete Snowdon, 11 years for Scafell Pike & then he'll turn 12 in time for Ben Nevis enabling us to complete the three Peaks challenge together.

Last year we raised over £1000 for Diabetes UK with your support when we completed the London Bridge Challenge. So this year we hope to support JDRF. Please help us raise as many pennies as we can to help with research, technology and one day maybe finding a cure!
