Ten years ago you kindly supported me as I began training for my first London marathon. At the ripe age of sixty the knees are creakier, the ice baths are colder and the finishing times more aspirational. But the motivation is just as strong. This year I am running for a fantastic cause British Emunah.

Emunah provides care for 12,000 children and their families in Israel every year. Emunah meets head on the cruellest of childcare issues: trauma, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, addiction, poverty, domestic violence and profound neglect, in the form of 36 outstanding projects across the country.

Emunah is an amazing charity that is truly deserving of your support.
