What better way is there to mark being made redundant after 28 years than by spending some of this money to do something totally different, and the same time, make lots of money for charity ?

China here I come !

The reason I've chosen to do the trek for Down's Syndrome Scotland is for a brilliant wee boy called Oliver. He's my friend Elaine's eldest son, and apart from being georgeous, he's full of fun and love for all of those around him. The charity provides great support for Elaine, Raph and the family.

During the coming months, I'll keep you up to date with my fundraising events, and let you know how the training is going...aaaaarrrgh ! I'll also publish photos from the time I'm in China, and let you see what you've helped me achieve.
