We aim to respond to the needs of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and adults within our local communities, through the delivery of a series of key needs-led projects.

Story

Dusty (Andy) Miller, a great friend, father, husband and life long Celtic Supporter. Dusty sadly left us after a hard fought battle with cancer in September 2018. His love of family, football and the Celtic family, will forever remain his legacy.

With Margaret and Kelly's blessing, My New York Marathon 2019 fundraising is dedicated to Dusty's memory. As I navigate the 5 Boroughs of NYC on Sunday 3 November (with my dear friend Laura), fond memories of good times and laughter will motivate my 26.2 mile journey.

Two very deserving charities, Celtic FC Foundation and Beatson Cancer Charity, both of whom work tirelessly to support people in their time of need, will benefit from your donation, no matter how big or small.

I hope you can join me on my TCS 2019 NYC Marathon journey, and as my training progresses, I will post updates and pics.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and donate.

Charity has always been an integral part of our football club, uniting the Celtic Family around the world in collectively-held values and beliefs. Celtic FC Foundation is a registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (number SC024648) and we strive to honour the charitable principles and heritage of Celtic Football Club. We aim to respond to the needs of disadvantaged children, young people and adults in our local communities to improve Health, promote Equality, encourage Learning and tackle Poverty.

Beatson Cancer Charity supports people affected by cancer, every step of the way. We make the journey easier by transforming the way cancer is funded and delivered. We provide services, as well as funding specialists, research and education to invest in a better future for cancer patients and their families.  From the hospital wards, right to the heart of the communities that The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre serves, we believe everyone should experience cancer with care, with love and with hope. Beatson are with patients and their families for every step of the journey.
