Story
When my grandson Theo was just 2, he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Epilepsy. Theo is a gorgeous, happy little boy, but he is non-verbal with severely delayed development and finds it difficult to understand, communicate and interact. He struggles with most aspects of daily life, and requires constant one-on-one care.
In November 2017, Theo got a place at Puzzle Centre - a charity nursery offering education, research and support for children with autism. The nursery has already been incredible for Theo, and the other children lucky enough to get a place. It has the most amazing dedicated and experienced professionals on site, to help kids at a time that is so critical for their development.
Sadly Puzzle is heavily under-resourced and relies on charity donations to keep going. We are really keen to raise funds and awareness for this amazing cause, so we'll be walking 53kms around the Isle of Wight in one day, in May 2018! Please donate whatever you can, no matter how little. We are so grateful for your support.
