Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Design my new tattoo - this can be anything at all (nothing vulgar or offensive) and I will have it tattoo'd on my lower back. Designs no bigger than 3" x 3" and in a drawn format (no photo format). This doesn't mean it has to be hand drawn - printing from the internet is fine. 

1. Donate on this site (min £10) and leave your name.

2. Email design to designmynewtattoo@outlook.com stating the same name as your donation.

3. Deadline by 15 September 2018

4. All designs (vulgar or offensive will be binned) will go into a hat. A third party will pull a design from the hat and it will be tattoo'd on to my back.

5. Feel free to donate any amount if you do not wish to submit design.

6. Submit as many designs as you wish, for a donation of £10 each time.
