I was diagnosed with Coealic Disease in October 2010 and Coeliac UK have been a great help to me since then.

For those who don't know Coeliac Disease is an 'Auto Immune' disease where the body's immune system attacks its own tissues when in contact with Gluten. Gluten is found in Wheat, Barley and Rye and the only treatment is to avoid Gluten in the diet for life.
