My friend, passed away suddenly last year at the tender age of 48.  At the time he was on a health and fitness drive... so, this one's for you Philip!

A year on from my diagnosis of breast cancer, I can't help but be grateful for the huge strides made in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.  Yet many other cancers are not so well researched and desperately need funding - including brain cancer & pancreatic cancer.
