We have both been very fortunate to grow up in loving family environments and enjoy quality health care and education. Through our travel and work experiences we know that not everyone is as privileged.

Ginette was in contact with the work of Ockenden International during her time in Afghanistan, and was impressed with the long-term commitment of the NGO and its staff, particularly in rural areas of the country.
