SAVING RHINOS IS ALL ABOUT SAVING PEOPLE TOO By protecting one of the last viable populations of rhino on the planet, the Waterberg region in South Africa will continue to be an important sanctuary for this iconic species By conserving the rhino and other wildlife, tourism and economic prosperity will benefit By supporting education so that the children of the Waterberg can appreciate their surrounding landscape and wildlife, and are empowered to protect it in the future By giving people opportunities to better their lives, find employment and support their families By involving the community in projects which uplift the area and create a desire to serve and protect it Waterberg Rhino UK works with carefully chosen initiatives within the community to facilitate these aims By protecting the rhino, all our lives thrive
