Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

To "celebrate" my half century I'll be running 50km in 12 hours. Easy, you say ?? Well it's further than I've ever run before.. and it'll be spread across 5 of the Orkney Islands.

To put it in perspective, The most I've done in one go is 20km and it takes me a week to recover from that.

There'll be running, driving and sailing, with everything kicking off with a 10 mile run to the Kirkwall Parkrun on Saturday the 17th of November.

I think this will hurt :)

All the money will go to Canine Partners for Independence who train assistance dogs to make life better for disabled people.
