Connected Planet Foundation is introducing our latest project, Wild Minds; a human-wildlife rehabilitation programme. The programme will take a group of young people from the UK into the African bush to support community conservation efforts.

Story

Connected Planet Foundation's Wild Minds Programme will give young people whose lives have been impacted as a result of knife crime, the opportunity to not only have a once in a lifetime experience, supporting conservation and community efforts at Imire Conservancy, Zimbabwe. We hope it will also empower them and give them the opportunities to help turn their lives around. Nature has the capability to heal us all, and we too can help heal the natural world. That is what Wild Minds is all about. A relationship between people and nature, where everyone is a winner.
