As you may know Hari was born with a club foot.  If he had been born only a few decades ago or in another part of the world this would mean living with a serious disability.  But he has received simple, non-surgical, treatment which means he will have the same outcomes as any other child.  

Sadly this is not the case for children in Africa.  But relatively small amounts of cash can change that and radically change children's prospects.
