We have chosen to support Play it Forward, a charity that provides opportunities through education and health activities for young people in Southern Zambia. They use a sport for development approach as a means to achieving sustainable social change. Their support, on and off the pitch, ensures that young people emerge from their programmes with new skills to succeed in school, the workforce and life.Play it Forward needs help to make football accessible, safe and fun for girls in Zambia. The charity is trying to expand its programmes into hard to reach rural communities in Zambia but are limited by basic facilities and equipment. They have plans to build a community hub with changing rooms, toilets, a kitchen and a learning space in Livingstone, Southern Zambia. This will enable them to reach thousands more girls on our football, health, nutrition and education programmes.
