Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

In September 2016, Jeana was diagnosed with the violent disease Glioblastoma. This is an incurable form of brain tumour with little to no research and development. Jeana couldn’t just have one, she had two tumours that were grade 4 and our lives were shattered overnight.

With too many hospital trips and much heartbreak Jeana fought and fought the disease,  anyone had the pleasure of knowing her would agree she was a fighter and a strong woman. We saw the disease quickly take control of her and sadly she passed away February 2017 at St Barnabas Hospice in Grantham Hospital.

Jeana took a trip and cycled around Norfolk shortly before she became ill and in loving memory of our amazing mum and auntie we are raising funds for Brain Tumour Research by embarking on a charity bike ride.

On 20th September Gary, Matt and Simon are cycling 190 miles from Lincoln to Great Yarmouth over 3 days.
