Ok - 10 years on... I'm going to be taking part in the Great North Run 2023 again, raising money for MDUK (as some of you know I lost two of my beautiful nephews to the condition, Sunil and Deepak). 

There have been so many breakthroughs over the 10 years, so it goes to show that these events and your support changes lives.

This time its a family affair and I will have my sister Dalvinder Hellawell,  nephew Arun Dablar and our family friend Stephen Clocker Craven - all running alongside me (well ahead in reality).
