In August 2024, I am taking on a Mighty Hike along the along the picturesque Cornwall Coast to raise money for people living with cancer.

My Nan was an amazing and caring woman who sadly was diagnosed with cancer twice and passed away in 2021. My Nan loved to just jump in the car, and go for a little advanture, as long as it involved a nice view and a cafe at the end of the trip. When she began to get really ill, macmillian were there to support her and were fantastic. I know I would want anyone going through the same thing as my Nan to have the same support. 

Which is why I have pledged to raise £250 and would appreciate any support in reaching this. By fundraising my pledge, I could pay for a Macmillan Support Worker for two days who could provide emotional, practical and financial advice to someone affected by cancer. I'll also treasure her memory walking (stumbling) along the Cornwall coast, a view she would have loved to see.
