We want to celebrate women’s achievements on International Woman's Day and show our support for gender balance. 

At GoCardless we’re working together to achieve a better gender balance in the company and within teams - we hope this will raise internal and external awareness of the need to support women’s growth and stimulate the discussion on how we can improve our gender diversity.

Today we are raising money for 'Dress for success' (https://dressforsuccess.org/).  They helps woman from disadvantaged backgrounds rejoin the work place.
