My dear friend Spencer died in November last year having suffered at the hands of this horrid desease. I want to continue his efforts to raise awareness and funds to beat this cancer. It is so unfair how his wife Nancy, Mum and Dad (John and June) his children (Georgina Francesca and Ben) his brother Chris and all his many relations, friends and colleagues had to witness his brave battle with this illness. We all remember you so fondly with admiration for your courage and fortitude and for me especially your friendship.
