In March 2015 GO Girls Support Group  (www.gogirlssupport.org) was founded to support women suffering from gynaecological cancers.  Quite simply, unlike, breast cancer, women who have gynaecological cancers, have received very little recognition or support and GO Girls want to do something about this - to share our unique blend of advice, support and hugs!  We know, women with gynaecological cancers, particularly, ovarian cancer, have very low survival rates and this is the 5th most common cancer in the UK - an insiduous disease which creeps up on women with little or no warning. We want to change this - to make women and health professionals to be aware of symptoms so we can ensure women are diagnosed earlier and have a chance to live longer - to spend more and longer time with their loved ones - that sounds fair - doesn't it?

GO Girls are great fans of Weldmar and we are delighted to be having a team to support this fabulous event. We would be so grateful for any support you can give us - we have a small target of £120 - it's either 12 giving £10, 24 people giving £5 or 120 people giving £1.
