Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Damo, Ian, Scott and I are going to complete a 72 hole challenge with a difference. Not only will we be completing 4 rounds of golf in a day we will also be taking on the unenviable task of running between each of the courses after each round of golf adding an additional 10 miles on top of the already huge challenge, god help our feet!
Having previously undertaken the 72 hole challenge without the running element, we all know this is going to be tough but hopefully we can raise a huge sum of money for a charity that has done so much to raise awareness of this horrendous condition.
We are also busy gathering lots of superb prizes, and for anyone who sponsors us at least £10, they will be allocated a numbered golf ball that we will play in to the 9th hole at Kingsfield. Closest to the pin will win the star prize and so on (there will also be a great prize for that one ball that ends up furthest from the pin! Once we have the prize list finalised I will add it here.
This is a massive challenge, so please give all you can and if you would like to come along on the day to cheer us on, bring us water, celebrate with us at the end, you are more than welcome, our schedule is noted below:
Kingsfield GC - tee off 6am
West Lothian GC - tee off 11am
Linlithgow GC - tee off 3pm
Kingsfield GC - tee off 7pm
Pop the champagne in the Tee Caddy and Kingsfield, hopefully before 10pm!!
