Good do the Ghru · 31 May 2013

We help the babies, children and young people treated at Scotland's largest children's hospital, the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. We fund medical equipment, research, play programmes and family support services to ensure that our young patients receive the best possible care and experience.

Story

At Good we like to do good when we can.

15 willing and brave souls from our teams in London and Glasgow have volunteered to tackle the Lairig Ghru, the old drovers' path between Braemar and Aviemore. Taking place on the 31st of May through some of the most rugged and beautiful countryside in the British Isles, it'll be no mean feat. At 30km long and with over 800m of ascent on some challenging ground it's not for the faint hearted, but the team have rallied to the cause and training is going well.

This year we have nominated Yorkhill Children's Charity as the recipient of all monies we can raise and with £3000 our target, we hope you can help. Over the years a number of us have had good reason to be thankful for Yorkhill's compassion and expertise, so we can think of no better cause to support.

If you can, please donate - thanks for your help and support.
