Goodwille team members - Alexander (CEO), Jacqui (HR Manager), Johanna (Marketing Executive) and Isabelle (Corporate Legal Assistant) -  are taking part in the Asics London 10k to raise funds for MicroLoan Foundation. The charity supports the poorest women in remote rural areas of sub-Saharan Africa to work their own way out of poverty. By providing them with financial literacy, business training, on-going support and small affordable loans, MicroLoan help these women to start small businesses for themselves. With a regular income, the women are able to provide the basics for their families – food, shelter, education and medicine. MicroLoan teach them to save as insurance against future crop failure, illness and other unexpected emergencies. In short, they give them hope, not handouts.

£24 – can educate an entrepreneur by providing business training to a woman in Malawi
£50 – can kick start a business, by providing a woman in Malawi with her starter loan and business training sessions
£120 – can help a family’s future by providing a woman with loans and training for a whole year allowing her to grow her business, save and create a safety net for her
