Story
On Wednesday, March 20th we lost our beloved leader, Kelly, to cancer. She was just 26 years old and possessed a passion for life that showed in every facet of her leadership style. Kelly was an amazing girl, and even in the roughest of times in her battle with cancer she would put forth the most positive attitude. Cancer may have taken her life, but it never took her spirit. Her laugh and sense of humour never ever faded. Kelly was not only a friend to all of us. She was a mother figure, a counselor, a mentor and a care giver. She was the glue that kept CE on the right path. For a woman of such a young age she possessed an ability to work with all walks of life in a positive way despite her battle she was someone that it was an honor to follow. Her love was so grand that everyone in Code Enigma felt it, and so many in the community at large. We all loved her. We even grew to love the other love in her life. Her dog Sam. You only would’ve known she was ill if you where extremely close to her. She was so strong to the end. Cancer is well, we can’t use that word but you all know. It has taken so much from so many and it needs to end. We can't think of a better way to honor our beloved Kelly than to take this opportunity to raise some money for cancer research in her home country. Let there be a cure for this horrible disease sometime soon. If you are able, please consider giving a little to help with this. All monies collected will be donated in Kelly's name to The Dutch Cancer Society. Thank you. We love you, Kelly. We will carry you in our hearts forever
