Team GOSD do Jog LE JOG for St Giles Trust (220km of it!) · 11 June 2019

We offer support to help people overcome any issue holding them back and provide this from those who know best - people who have been there themselves. Each generous pound raised for us goes towards helping people who have been locked out of society make positive changes to their lives.

Story

So Team GOSD (Darrin, Jeremy, Dan, Ben & Richard) are taking on not just 1, not even 2 but 3 full legs of Jog LEJOG to raise money for the Credit Suisse charity of the year St Giles Trust

What is 'Jog LEJOG'? It's is an epic 1,500km nonstop running relay from Lands' End to John O'Groats.

Team GOSD will be tackling legs 3 - 5 which run from near Exeter all the way up to Gloucester taking in locations such as the Quantock Hills, Cheddar Gorge and Bath. That's around 220km in just 2 days with total ascents of nearly 9,000ft and peak inclines of  nearly 20%.

Darrin, Jeremy, Dan & Ben will be taking it in turns to run 5 mile mini-legs with Richard acting as our support cyclist. It'll be a real team effort.(We're also lucky to have had Mike graciously offered to drive the support van.)

So why don't you put your hand in your pockets and donate to a great charity helping people facing severe disadvantage to find jobs, homes and the right support they need. St Giles Trust helps them to become positive contributors to local communities and wider society.
