In May, we are jumping on our bikes and cycling 100 miles in a day from London, around the mountains of Essex, and back again.

We're doing this for Vision Foundation because they are the finest of people doing the finest of work, and no one should be denied the sight of Alan in his cycling lycra.

Please share the pain by sponsoring us. If you are really, really generous we promise not to stop off at a nice cafe 1 mile from the start and spend a lovely day before rejoining the finishers at the end.
