As you may know, James has recently endured a very
serious illness. It is both a great relief, and a testament to the hard
work of organisations like Cancer Research UK, that James is fighting fit
again.

To give something back, James and the GK Team are entering the 10km Abbey Dash race on the 4th November with the aim of raising funds for research into this awful disease.
