Over the last year, we have all shown great resilience and determination, acting together to support each other both academically and personally. However, it's common to feel concerned about talking to friends or family, for both providing and receiving help. For that reason, I've decided this year to support Student Minds, who work across the UK to help students with just those issues. Personally I've struggled greatly with the isolation that lockdown imposed upon us all, and so consider Student Minds to be a highly valuable charity to be able to turn to when you don't know who else to. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who's helped support this cause so far - the more the merrier too, so please support by donating and sharing the event online! :D
Additionally, everyone who donates will have their name written on the Shirt of Change - that could be you! :o After last year's event turned out so successfully, we've DOUBLED our target, so please help us reach it!

This year there will be more opportunity for YOU to participate as audience members; many of the games are free, some even requiring no download whatsoever - Jackbox can be played by hundreds of people at once... let's aim to break the game!

- Dares: as with last year, we'll be including some disgusting food related dares, as well as some humiliating messier ones and some that will last a while - all of which will get more severe as the donations grow...!

Where do my donations go?
- £10 could support our work to gather insights into the issues affecting students most.
- £20 could support our work with the higher education sector to make mental health and wellbeing a priority.
- £150 could enable us to support a student to write a blog about their experiences with mental health at university.
- £750 could enable a student to attend a 6-week peer support course, where they can talk openly about their experiences without fear of judgement.
- £1,500 could enable us to train a student peer support facilitator to run courses for their fellow students.

About Adam:
I'm currently enrolled in Creative Music Technology BMus at the University of Surrey in Guildford. I previously studied A level Music, English Language and Psychology at Cedars Upper School in Leighton Buzzard.
