Forget Me Not Children's Hospice is thrilled to announce we’re opening Grace's Place to support children across North Manchester who have life-shortening conditions.

Thanks to the incredible hard work and commitment of local supporters, Grace’s Place has a building. But it can’t open without any clinical staff! So we need to recruit some nurses right away.

As soon as we have our nurses, we can begin providing our Hospice at Home service – bringing clinical care, counselling, therapies and practical support to children and families in their homes. We’ll continue fundraising, so we’ll be caring for children within the building itself as soon as possible. This phased opening is exactly how we began our children’s hospice in Huddersfield.
