Since 1989 St. Francis Hospice has provided a service of specialist palliative care to people in North Dublin City and County and surrounding counties in advanced stages of cancer, motor neuron disease and HIV/AIDS, as well as support for their families and friends. There are no charges for services provided by St. Francis Hospice.The service is based on a Christian philosophy, which recognises the need to treat each person with dignity, respect and compassion, irrespective of their cultural or religious background. Our current range of services within the Community includes specialist palliative care, Hospice Day Care, Out-Patient Clinics, our 19 bed In-patient Unit and Bereavement Support services.

St. Francis Hospice is a voluntary organisation providing specialist
palliative care service for the people of north Dublin city. 

St. Francis provided an unbelievable service to our family in an incredibly difficult time.  The care and support provided was above and beyond.
