Our flagship employability programme, Spear, is the most effective programme for young people who are not in education, employment or training in the UK.​ We equip unemployed 16-24-year-olds facing significant barriers with the skills and mindset to overcome them and thrive in employment.

Story

  • Donate to Andrew, and for every £5, he will windsurf 1km
  • Lets face it, its a rubbish time of year to be out on the water - so help him make it worth his while and donate!
  • All donations made in November will be treble matched by G-Research
  • All funds raised go to the Spear Islington Trust
  • This is part of a wider fundraising challenge to windsurf 1000km by the end of March
