Running The London Marathon has been an ambition of mine for years and I'm grateful to have the chance to go for it thanks to CARE International UK. 

CARE International is a leading aid agency, working in over 80 countries around the world against poverty to help the most vulnerable in times of emergency and on-going crises.

I'm proud to be fundraising for CARE because of their commitment to  strengthening the ability of poverty-stricken communities to transform their own lives, with a focus on empowering women and girls.

£12 provides food, safe water and a hygiene kit for 1 refugee / £24 helps 2 refugees / £45 provides an intensive 5 day business training course for 1 girl including food and lodging / £90 funds the restocking of small animals (1 goat, 2 piglets) after emergency situations.
