Myself and a few other colleagues from the Spinal Ward in the RVH are taking part in the Superhero Abseil down the Tower Block of City Hospital to raise funds for the Friends of the Cancer Centre charity. 

This fundraising means a lot to us as a group who work directly with people affected by cancer. I am PETRIFIED of heights so all the support and donations would really spur me on to tackle my fear! 

Every little bit counts towards supporting people affected by cancer and research!
