Britain's Ocean City Half Marathon · 19 June 2022

We offer a range of support for families, refugees, prison leavers, rough sleepers, single persons and more. We do this by employing a creative, flexible approach to housing by working with landlords, the council, and other alliance participants to ensure safe, comfortable housing for our clients.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This year myself and a few colleagues from Path have decided to get out of our comfort zones and run the Plymouth Half Marathon to raise money for the Path Hardship fund. That's myself, David Ringwood, Emily Mousely, Ben Townsend and Kate Medhurst. Path is a charity working to prevent homelessness within Plymouth. Our mission is to support people vulnerable to homelessness to secure and sustain appropriate accommodation. The Hardship fund can be used in many ways to help alleviate poverty for people using our services.
Any donations to the Hardship Fund get spent on things that directly support people we’re working with, on things we have no other way of funding.
In the past it has been used for example on buying food, warm clothing, bedding and replacing lost birth certificates.

We’re doing a joint fund raising page, so if you’d like to sponsor Dave, Emily, Kate, others and myself – please do! However big or small your donation will make a difference and will be so appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
