Many people suffer with poor mental health and we are raising awareness and trying to eliminate the stigma that surrounds it.

We are going to Wales and walking up Snowdonia to raise money for the mental health charity called Mind. We have chosen the Northampton and District Mind because the funding is very short for mental health services, and we believe we can help this.
