The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Dear all,

I am doing a very different thing for Lent this year, and I wondered if you’d like to be a part of it.

As soon as the hairdressers reopen, I will be going to my local salon and having my hair cut off. The hair and donations will be sent to the ‘Little Princess Trust’ who provide over 100 real hair wigs a month to children and young people, who have lost their hair in their battle with cancer or other conditions. Each wig costs around £550 to make from the real hair donated and each one is given free of charge to a worthy recipient. They also fund research for childhood cancers too. My aim for this Lent is to raise at least £550 collectively, and I hope you will join me in donating to this great cause.

Thank you for any support or donations, given in advance and I cannot wait to see how much can be raised.

 Many thanks again,

Grace Muscroft x
