Story

R.I.P NAN! 14/7/41-16/5/13, 10:45am

8 years ago my nan got dementia, its known to last for seven years but my nan fought through it until now, 5-6 weeks ago my nan started to stop eating and drinking as much as you should until 4-5 days ago she hadnt drank or ate at all, she was dehydrated, she kept strong, a few days ago i visited her, she called us over several times for about 4 hours strait holding our hands, cuddling us and saying ''i love you''.
the day after she was unresponsive and couldnt speak:(

but today(16/5/13) my mum got a call at 4 in the morning because she was breathing so fast, roughly 4 breaths to 1 of our breaths, this carried on for 7 hours, a few of us went to the balcony and the nurse came out, we asked questions about how they die and what you do after, she said they start to faintly breathe and their breaths get slower and slower, as we went back to her room thats exactly what she was doing, it got so slow that she took a breath every 30 seconds, and she passed away at 10:45am, the same time as my borther and my sister in law had their baby scan, people say ''when someone dies, another is born''.

no one realises how much i love her, i miss her so much already, she is so strong, i love you so so much nan!

rest easy, you're with your mum and dad now, thats what you wanted, love you♥♥
