I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 to fundraise for LSHTM's Scholarship Fund.

As a former student and current employee of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), it is no surprise that I fully believe in LSHTM's mission to improve health and health equity in the UK and worldwide. LSHTM delivers world-class education in public health, which is needed now more than ever, considering the many threats we are currently facing, including the climate emergency, conflicts, and cost-of-living crisis. LSHTM has been ranked third in the world and first in the UK for public health in the 2023 Shanghai Ranking. 

Scholarships help remove the barriers to education for the next generation of global health leaders. My classmate and friend, Meenakshi, received this scholarship:
