Grace Plant was a great woman with a passion for the outdoors and particularly running. She was also the fantastic mother of our childhood friends Samantha and Rachael Plant. Sadly, she lost her short battle with cancer on the 27th August 2013.

In her memory we are taking part in a run/walk around the picturesque UK chasers course near Grantham. This 10km run is also an opprtunity to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, who helped Grace while she was in hospital, and would have been there for her if she had come home too! 

Macmillan help with the everyday side of cancer, the little things that are easy to forget, like money worries and bills and understanding your treatment, at a time when you just want to focus on getting better, or helping someone you love to recover. Thank you for donating to support everyone doing this race, and also those who are still living with cancer everyday!
