My name is Grace and I am 13 years old. My mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer in April 2014, since then she has had a lot of chemo and surgery, very sadly she passed away in April 2015 after 4 months of being in the Marie Curie hospice. So  I decided I wanted to do something to try & make a difference. I have now raised over £8000 for Cancer Research by doing bake sales, plant sales, cutting off my hair, raffles & charity days. I now want to raise at least £2000 for Marie Curie as they have been amazing to our family & to take my fundraising total to £10,000.00.  Also in September 2014 I was honoured to win the Child of courage category at the Pride of Burmingham Awards for all my fundraising.
