I am a member of the Lords Taverners charity and on 27th July I along with some other folk are being dropped off in deepest Maldon to then walk 20 miles to the Essex Cricket ground at Chelmsford. Many of you know that I have hosted quiz nights or interviewed sports stars and the likes but I've decided to show my Bear Grylls side and get outside and embrace my physical athleticism. 

The Taverners are a charity who are dedicated to giving disadvantaged and disabled young people a sporting chance. 

I would be extremely grateful and humble for any donation you may be able to give. Life is about giving back at times so if you can spare some pennies or pounds it would be be hugely appreciated.
