The Pedal for Pounds II, 'With Dean to the Withdean' bike ride to Brighton there’s 185 of us now registered to take part in the 260 mile ride in aid of the Keep It Up campaign.
Padded shorts and tiger balm essential...
The ride, which will leave the Galpharm Stadium on the morning of Wednesday 26 April 2011, will see participants cycle for four days, arriving in Brighton on Saturday 30 April in time for Town's last away game of the 2010/11 season.
Stopping off in Loughborough, Milton Keynes and Reigate, the ride will pass through east London, coincidently on the day of the Royal Wedding- Friday 29 April! All of the money raised from the event will go towards the 'Keep It Up campaign', which supports the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Huddersfield Town Academy.
