To help support CALM I have decided to break the Guinness World Record for the most distance travelled on a treadmill in a week. The record currently sits at 838 km (or 20 marathons) I plan on completing 21!

Story

Next week should have seen me starting what I can only imagine being a painful, emotional yet rewarding challenge, my biggest yet, breaking a world record.

Alas the world changed and we have had to postpone until October.

After being ill myself I am still training hard and as it is still Metal Heath Awareness week I'd like to do something to raise awareness and if possible some money towards my overall target.

I will be doing at least half of the runs live on the treadmill and will hopefully be able to share some stories about the running community, kindness and mental health.

Wish me luck, share my posts and if possible please feel free to donate, as they say every little helps.

CALM is leading a movement against suicide. Join us here: http://bit.ly/2ncKsvF].
